About Te Moana

Trained in New Zealand and Australia, Te Moana is a Brisbane-based (Teneriffe) triple degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist & Naturopath with a special interest in reproductive and hormonal health. Inspired by her own experience managing polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Te Moana takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help individuals identify and address the root cause of their health concerns through tailored nutritional, herbal, and lifestyle interventions.

Te Moana empowers her patients to take control of their health with realistic, sustainable strategies. Her approach is personalised, compassionate, and practical, ensuring you feel supported in your health journey.

In her spare time, you’ll find Te Moana cooking delicious, nutritious meals, spending time with friends (usually over good food), enjoying ocean dips, and staying active outdoors—often with a game of touch footy.
